This accommodation is non-smoking: failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate exclusion without the possibility of reimbursement.

Parties: Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet Hours: Guests should avoid making noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at the property.

A gourmet breakfast served Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. On request.

A covered and secure parking space for €10 per day!

You will also have access to the shared kitchen if you wish!
